Our events provide high school players the opportunity to showcase their skills in a competitive, high-exposure environment, while receiving direct feedback from college coaches across all divisions.
Each event blends positional training, small-sided competition, and game play, ensuring every athlete demonstrates their talent, athleticism, and lacrosse IQ. Players attending an ID Day event also receive event film to support their recruiting journey, making ID Days not only a moment to be seen but a resource to be leveraged long after the day is over.
Compass Lacrosse Events are true evaluation and exposure events. By capping the number of athletes at each event, we ensure maximum exposure to each coach and a strong player-to-coach ratio. Athletes aren’t just numbers on a roster—they are given the platform to learn, compete, and build relationships with the coaches who can shape their future.
