Tara Radonis

2035 Devo Head Coach

Tara Radonis is a Long Island native with a lifelong passion for athletics and education. A standout player from an early age, she competed for the elite Yellow Jackets travel lacrosse program and was a four-year varsity athlete at Kellenberg Memorial High School. Her dedication to the sport earned her a Division I scholarship to St. Mary's College of California, where she continued her lacrosse career at the collegiate level.

Tara has built an extensive coaching background across youth, school, and club programs. She has led and supported teams through the Yellow Jackets North (Pleasantville, NY), Scarsdale Youth Lacrosse Association, Pelham Youth Lacrosse, John Jay Youth Lacrosse, and Armonk Youth Lacrosse.She also coaches at Rye Country Day School across multiple sports—including volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse—where she helped guide the program to a NYSAIS Championship in 2024.

Her earlier coaching experience includes roles as Head Lacrosse Coach for the Town of Pelham (2014–2016), Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach at Harrison High School (2014–2016), PAL Lacrosse Coach for the Town of Garden City (2014–2015), and Lacrosse Coach at St. Mary’s Middle School and Eastwood School (2013–2014).

In addition to coaching, Tara has worked in early childhood education, serving as a Teacher’s Assistant at both Early Childhood Academy in Dix Hills, NY (Pre-K, 2019–2020) and Huguenot Nursery School in Pelham Manor, NY (Kindergarten, 2024–present).

With a strong foundation as both an athlete and an educator, Tara is dedicated to fostering teamwork, growth, and confidence in young athletes—on and off the field.
