Event fees are non-refundable, barring a player injury that prevents them from participating. 100% of the fee will be refunded with a doctor’s note verifying the injury prior to the start of an event. If an injury occurs after a multi-day/week event has started and prevents further participation, a credit will be issued at a prorated amount. Should a player have an emergency conflict that arises, their account will be credited for a future event.
We understand that everyone's financial situation is different. We will never allow finances to prevent a player from being able to attend an event. Please email events@compasslacrosse.com to apply for a need-based scholarship or request a custom payment plan.
